Let's think about Winter Wonderland!

True Infrared Photography in a lightwave length between 760nm and 1000nm. -- absolute invisible for human eyes..

Human eyes only can "see" electromagnetic waves between 300nm and 760nm - the summary of this waves is what we know as "light".
Waves shorter then 300nm is "ultraviolet" light.
Waves longer then 760nm is "infrared" light.
Both - uv and ir - are invisible and thus color-less.

All you see here are the reflected infrared lightwaves. Chlorophyle is the magician - the classic IR-photography subject is a landscape+trees+clouds+water surfaces.

5 fantastic HDR images

What do you think - photoshopped, painted or real photos? :)

Fountain of Renmark, South Australia

HDR or high dynamic range photography is technique in which light and dark areas are used to illuminate the subject and highlight it. HDR technique allows to more accurately represent the wide range of exposure than normal digital imaging techniques.

More amazing HDR photos can be found on Flickr.

What is your Adgitize experience?

After my last payout as publisher and after i saw how much my brother is earning as advertiser, i had only one choice - ADVERTISE in Adgitize and test what so many other members experience:

  1. Traffic boost - for me it have been 2.000 visitors from 4th - 31 December, until 8th January i got around 2.400 visitors
  2. Rising earnings - my publisher earnings have been around 15-20 cents in the previous months, as advertiser i earned 60 - 90 cents (with an paid ad price of 24$).
  3. Cutting the ad price back to 14$ (on 21.12.2009)- the current (full month) advertisers got an ad extension of 22 days which means my ad will now expire in the first week of February and not in mid January.
Great value even when i the earnings got also cut back and you need now 400 points to earn enough to get 45+ $-Cents daily to cover a 14$ ad.

  4. Did you read already about the 777$-Adgitize 1 WEEK AD Giveaway on Cornymans Money-Blog?
His new referrals will get automatically (if they want+if they didn't already advertise) a gift certificate which pays for a ONE WEEK AD (value of 7$) and non-referrals can win each month an ONE WEEK AD.
You just have to write a short blog post like this one and link to Cornymans Money-Blog and his 777$-Adgitize 1-WEEK-AD-Giveaway post (this is the link to the old post, he said he will make on the weekend a new post).
Here is my Adgitize payment proof for December 2009:

The 7 World wonders -Part 7-

Chichen Itza Castillo Seen From East, one of the 7 new world wonders
The Castle (El Castillo) at the World Heritage Site Chichen Itza. From the east side you can see both the restored side and the still rather ruinous side of the pyramid. It's the last wonder in the series of the "New 7 world wonders"!

I will update the descriptions of each wonder over the weekend as of now there are just a few sentences ;)

The 7 World Wonders -Part 5-

The Great Wall of China is the next Wonder in our Series about the 7 NEW World Wonders. It was built between the 5th Century BC and the 16th Century AC.

The 7 World wonders -Part 4-

Christ, the Redeemer is located in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on top of the 700 meters Corcovado Mountain. (image from Flickr)

The statue is 39.6 meters tall (including the 9.5 meter pedestal) and 30 meters wide.

It's used in some actual movies as background because of its popularity.

The Twilight Saga: New Moon - When Edward is talking on the mobile phone, indicating that he was staying in Brazil after leaving Bella.

In the movie 2012 the statue is crumbling during a massive earthquake.

The 7 World wonders -Part 3-

Colosseum in Rome, Italy - one of the new 7 World Wonders
The Colosseum in Rome, Italy.
The picture shows the best preserved area of the Colosseum at dusk. It was taken by David Iliff.

The Colosseum was built within less than 10 years between 70 AD and 80 AD and is the largest ever built amphitheatre in the Roman Empire. It was used for many reasons but most often its use has been for entertaining purposes (in our modern times comparable with the Spanish toreros and bullfighting) with fight between trained slaves and wild animals.

In the modern times it has become a symbol against this kind of "entertainment". Several anti–death penalty demonstrations took place in front of the Colosseum in 2000. Since that time, as a gesture against the death penalty, the local authorities of Rome change the color of the Colosseum's night time illumination from white to gold whenever a person condemned to the death penalty anywhere in the world gets their sentence commuted or is released,[18] or if a jurisdiction abolishes the death penalty. Most recently, the Colosseum was illuminated in gold when capital punishment was abolished in the American state of New Mexico in April 2009.[19] (extract from Wikipedia - Colosseum description)
